Our dedicated staff will help you review and coordinate your initial set up to ensure your medication list is complete and we know exactly how and when you take your medications. We can even include all of your vitamins and supplements! Each month, you will receive a call from our staff to verify your current medication list and coordinate any updates or changes prior to us filling your monthly packs. Often times your medications may change in the middle of the month due to a recent physician visit or hospitalization. We will work directly with your physician to coordinate any of these regimen changes and then will coordinate with you to obtain your current packs to make the necessary changes to ensure you are current and up to date.Managing multiple medications and dosage times can be very confusing and overwhelming. An estimated 50 percent or more of medications for chronic conditions, such as high cholesterol and diabetes, are not taken as prescribed. To help our patients stay compliant with their current regimen we offer a special type of medication packaging to assist with keeping track of when and how often to take a medication. By having our staff place the medications within bubble packaging, our patients know what time of day to take their medications, and they can easily track to see if they have already taken the dose. This form of packaging also takes the hassle out of setting up a daily or weekly med planner at home and provides our patients and their families with the peace of mind that it is already done for them!
